The CiC-Training invites 20 multipliers of all generations from the fields of (inter)national youth work or adult education from Poland, Italy, Czech Republic and Germany (5 per country), who would like to work intergenerationally within their organisations or even have implemented intergenerational learning allready.

Within the training we will connect theory (What is a generation? What does intergenerational learning mean?) and practice (How to foster intergenerational learning in (inter)national contexts?Which methods can be applied to an intergenerational group? Where to get the money for intergenerational projects?). Participants will also have the chance to discuss the interconnection of age (youth, old-age) and discrimination to challenge and reduce prejudices and stereotypes about generations, what makes them ready for work with intergenerational groups. During the training we are using a transcultural approach, working with methods based on individual experience and reflection, offering a range of both formal and nonformal learning 

Fees: 50,00 € for people from PL, CZ and IT / 100,00€ for participants from DE
Travel costs: reimbursement of 70% of the travel costs (please contact us before booking)
